Hadley Wood have received their allocation of tickets for Wimbledon 2011. Monday 20 June - Sunday 3 July.
Sign up sheets are in the club house. Please ensure that you read the term & conditions.
Wimbledon Ticket draw will take place in the bar: Thursday 12 May at 8pm
This is during our themed: Action club night.
1) Members can sign their name ONCE only
2) Members aged 9+ can sign up. You must be 9 yrs old on Thursday 12 May 2011.
3) You must be a British Tennis Member. You will have a unique 9 digit number & register as a member of Hadley Wood Tennis Club. It is free to Club members.

No number: no tickets can be allocated.
4) You must have renewed your club membership for 2011. Renew now!! or no tickets
5) When signing your name please check if there are any restrictions. There are some courts for adult and committee members only.
6) Any Junior (16/u) winning tickets must be accompanied by an Adult.(18 & over)
7) Note: Only 1 pair of tickets can be won per family. Any family winning 2 pairs can choose which day they prefer. The other pair will be re-drawn.
8) Ticket must be paid for on Thursday 12 May. This can be done personally or by a representative elected by the member. Tickets will only be issued once payment is received & the terms & conditions letter is signed by the winning member.
9) Any tickets not paid for etc by Monday 16 May will be re-drawn at 7.30pm.
