To remind those who have not yet joined the Tennis Club, we have, adjacent to the Hadley Wood Association Centre in Crescent East, a splendid facility comprising 5 floodlit all weather courts, 2 tarmac courts, a practise wall, 3 coaches who can instruct ladies, men and children, whether you are a beginner or an experienced player. We also run a comprehensive junior programme with children starting from 4 years old.

We will run one club night throughout 2011 on Thursdays from 3rd March to end of November. 7.30 - 9.30pm. Coach organised. On club nights there is free doubles play with tennis balls and floodlighting provided, and the club bar is open for refreshments. The club plays competitively in the Middlesex League and at present has 3 ladies’ and 2 men’s teams. Watch out for our regular themed evenings or fun tournaments.

Our social activities are becoming legendary, with events very well supported by our members and their guests.

During the autumn and winter months there are various group training activities available. This year we have had ladies’ team training on Tuesday evenings and Friday lunchtimes. Men’s team training takes place on Wednesday evenings. Of course members can get together to play at any time during the day or evening should they so wish - tokens for the floodlights are available at a cost of £2 for half an hour.
